1 c milk
2 t vanilla
3 T sugar
4 T melted butter
6 eggs
1 cup flour
6 apples (peeled, diced, and sauteed in butter with cinnamon)
Mix first five ingredients with whisk. Blend in the flour briskly.
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Pour batter into pan. Add apples on top.
Bake at 350 or 40 minutes or til golden brown. Serve with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream or maple syrup.
