2 T of crushed pineapple, drained
2 T of marshmellow cream
12 maraschino cherries, chopped
1 8 oz cream cheese
Mix well in blender and chill.
This is perfect with strawberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and other fruits that don’t brown (e.g. bananas, apples). Or it can be served with a sponge cake as a trifle layering (instead of pudding).
