~ Drinks:  milk, smoothies, ginger ale, tea, juice

~ Fruit: pears, plums, pineapple, cherries, mango, apple sauce

~ Snacks: nuts, nut butters, rice nut crackers

 ~ Beans: baby lima, pintos, great northern

~ Protein: eggs, shrimp, chicken, Natural lunch meat

~ Grains: corn tortillas, quinoa, oats, brown rice

~ Vegetables: peas, celery, asparagus, salad, green beans

~ Fats: avocados, healthy butter spread, olive oil, walnut oil

~ Joys: dark chocolate, sesame seed candy, jam
